All Roads Lead to Chocolate

The best idea ever!!! Last night we had dinner in a local touristy restaurant near the Pantheon, we experienced this complimentary dessert offering at our restaurant. They simply bring this large wooden chopping block to your table with a gigantic piece of chocolate on it and you use the cleaver mounted on the board to cut off a piece to suite your taste! Fabulous. Can’t wait to find my own chocolate block to use with my guests.
