This Cook the Part video teaches you how to slowly stir in the ingredients for homemade pasta dough.
Ingredients needed:
3 cups flour
4 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 T olive oil

To start, find a clean space on the counter top or use a wooden board where you can put the three cups of flour. Then make a “well” in the flour, into which you add the eggs, salt and olive oil.
Then slowly stir the flour into the eggs. Slowly is the key word!! To see how it’s done, check out the video.

When eggs are mixed in, start kneading the dough, incorporating more of the flour. All the flour does not need to be incorporated into the dough. Knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap to keep it from drying out. Cut into quarters to make ravioli, linguine and more! Refrigerated dough keeps for up to a week. If refrigerated, make sure you warm it up before cutting into pasta.
